Whew! I've done blocks seven and eight now, as well as finished the flimsy for my sister's husband.

Pictures of the flimsy will be in my next post. I'm trying to find some 505 basting spray in Brisbane, but it seems rather difficult to do. I might have to pin baste once again, as the stuff they sell at Spotlight simply doesn't work.

ReplyDeleteOh I love that your blocks are different! This is definitely a QAL that I want to do but I was scared I wouldn't be able to be consistent with colors throughout and yours proves that it looks great with a multitude of colors. Thanks for sharing!!
ReplyDeleteThe blocks look fabulous. For christmas I ordered several large size cans of 505 because every one of my LQS was out and left me having to beg and borrow from friends. Hope you find some.
ReplyDeleteThese look so good. I am working on my APQ Quiltalong blocks now as well. Seeing all the finished ones popping up over on instagram is very inspiring to keep going.
