APQS Tone it down QAL Block 1

Oops.  I did it.  Made the first block.  Found I cut a couple of pieces 1/4 inch too small.  Recut.  The green is brighter than this, but my camera seems to distort colour.  Not quite a low volume background.



Only the bottom section and the tiny top grey corners to finish quilting the peacock.

    I also joined the APQ Tone it Down Quilt Along! I've made one block and have started the second. I love using up scraps! I think it's going to make a gorgeous quilt!!

    Why has blogger turned my pics around and distorted them? When I fist posted them, they were fine! Grrrrrr.
